Availability of Goods

From time to time for reasons outside the control of CD Heaven, it may not be possible to supply a particular item. When this occurs CD Heaven will endeavour, but is not obliged, to provide an explanation as to why the product could not be supplied.

Price of Goods

All Prices displayed on the Web site are correct at the time of publication. Whilst CD Heaven endeavours to maintain prices, stock changes and circumstances beyond the control of CD Heaven, may from time to time, affect the actual price charged for an item. Where this occurs and the price being charged is significantly different to that estimated or published, CD Heaven will attempt to contact you for confirmation of the order.

Cancellation

There are circumstances when customers need to cancel an order placed with CD Heaven. CD Heaven requests that customers inform of cancellation as soon as possible using the contact information provided on this site.

Deposits

CD Heaven can, at its discretion, request a non-returnable deposit from customers who are ordering specific items not usually stocked by CD Heaven. Circumstances when this may be applied include order for specific "collectables" or high price items. The value of the deposit will be deducted from the cost of the item at time of collection.

Collection & Payment

Customers will be notified of an item ready for collection using the agreed form of communication. Unless explicity agreed, collection is expected within a period of 4 weeks from notification. Beyond this timescale CD Heaven may regard the order as having been cancelled by the customer.

Payment for goods is expected at time of collection, or for mail order customers, prior to dispatch to the customer. Goods cannot be released prior to payment having been made.

Returns Policy

There are specific circumstances when customers are able to return goods to CD Heaven.

Faulty goods must be notified to CD Heaven within 10 working days of payment for the goods. CD Heaven will offer replacement goods, or should these not be available provide the customer with an option to replace with an alternative product or a refund (excluding any post & packaging costs).

For Non-faulty goods CD Heaven will use its discretion as to whether to accept the goods. All such goods must be returned in "saleable" condition (as judged by CD Heaven), be accompanied by a valid/dated CD Heaven receipt and be returned within 10 working days of purchase. CD Heaven will offer either alternative product or a credit note for use with future purchases from the store.

Statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy and Non-disclosure Policy

Unless we have your express consent, we will only disclose your personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us, ie for completion of a mail order transaction.

Only CD Heaven have access to and use your information. CD Heaven will not sell, rent or pass your information on to others for marketing purposes without your knowledge and express consent.

Your consent

By submitting your information you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by CD Heaven in the manner set out in the above policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the web site and communicated via email, where this is available.
